2024 VIP Provider Educational Meeting

 

Vision Innovation Partners will hold its Annual 2024 Provider Meeting in Washington, DC, on Friday, May 17- Saturday, May 18. This meeting brings our 140+ supported providers together for a day of learning, connection and collaboration. We are pleased to announce that our Practice Administrative team, including our Regional Directors, Practice Managers, and Nurse Administrators will also be in attendance this year!

For our meeting this year, we are pleased to again welcome Educational Exhibitors from the eye care industry. All exhibitors are welcome to join us for the cost of $7,500. This cost includes:

  • Devoted opportunities to connect in a meaningful way with Providers and VIP Administrative Team Members in order to share product and disease state information and educate on developments.

  • A skirted 6-foot white table (white top, no draped linen provided) with two (2) chairs and a wastebasket

  • Attendance of two (2) team members

  • Logo placement on all pre- and post-meeting printed and electronic communication

  • Logo placement on all meeting signage

  • Selection of booth placement in Sponsor Hall on a first come, first served basis

  • Opportunity to include an insert or giveaway item in Welcome Bags

  • Friday, May 17:

    -Administrative Team Meetings: 10:00am-5:30pm

    -Evening Welcome Reception: 6:30pm-9:00pm

    Saturday, May 18:

    -Breakfast: 7:00am-8:00am

    -Provider Meeting: 8:00am-3:00pm

  • The meeting content for our administrative and provider teams will cover topics such as technology and where our platform is heading, clinical best practices, compliance/coding and general VIP business updates. We will be offering COPE approved CE for our optometric providers.

    Exhibitor Area:
    Our meeting will be privately held in the Riverview Building. All exhibitor booths will be located in the hallway area and room adjacent to and directly accessible to our main meeting space.

    Booth Electricity Needs:
    Specific needs will need to be determined and coordinated with Gaylord National Harbor as needed.
