Vision Innovation Partners will hold its Annual 2025 Visionary Summit in Washington, DC, on Friday, February 28- Saturday, March 1. This meeting brings our 150+ members of our provider and administrative team members together for a day of learning, connection and collaboration.

We are pleased to again welcome Educational Exhibitors from the eye care industry at our 2025 meeting. All exhibitors are welcome to join us for the cost of $7,500. This cost includes:

  • Devoted opportunities to connect in a meaningful way with Providers and VIP Administrative Team Members in order to share product and disease state information and educate on developments.
  • A 6-foot table (no draped linen provided) with two (2) chairs and a wastebasket
  • Attendance of two (2) team members
  • Logo placement on all pre- and post-meeting printed and electronic communication
  • Logo placement on all meeting signage
  • Selection of booth placement in Sponsor Hall on a first come, first served basis

  • Logo and “wifi provided by” listed with wifi information on all applicable event materials

Snack Station: $2,500 (2 available; one per main stage room)

  • Logo and “refreshments provided by” signage on display table during the snack break on Friday afternoon

Beverage Station (Coffee, Water, Soda): $5,000 (2 available; one per main stage room)

  • Logo and “beverages provided by” signage on display table throughout the duration of the meetings on Friday
